Aloha μE Works is a Brazil-based consultancy specializing in microelectronics, with a focus on RF, MEMS, and analog IC design. Founded by Fávero Santos, the company is committed to delivering innovative solutions that simplify complex challenges and drive technological advancement.

Fávero Santos, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in R&D, combines technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic acumen. His career, which began in 2010, is built on a solid foundation in Electronic and Computer Engineering. Over the years, he has honed his skills in team leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning—attributes that have been instrumental in leading successful projects and navigating dynamic industry challenges.

Academic Background:

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Federal University of Technology – Paraná (UTFPR), 2014.

  • Master’s and PhD in Electrical Engineering, Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), completed in 2016 and 2021, respectively.

  • Postdoctoral Researcher at UFPR since June 2024, focusing on CMOS RF circuit design, system architecture, and behavioral modeling of multimode power amplifiers.

His research interests span analog and RF microelectronic circuits, embedded systems, ASICs, communication systems, automotive embedded electronics, MEMS, and fiber optic sensors.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Fávero serves as a Senior Researcher and Developer at the SENAI Institute of Innovation in Microelectronics, based in Manaus, Brazil. There, he specializes in both front-end and back-end semiconductor industry processes, contributing to cutting-edge advancements in microelectronics.
